Revolt of the Angels

A series of monochrome collages created from the etchings of Gustave Doré, depicting a heavenly war spilling into the streets. Heavily inspired by Max Ernst's Une Semaine de Bonté and the title is taken from a 1914 novel by Anatole France that I've read half of. (2022)
